The easiest and fastest way to make a booking is by phoning our team on +49-471-800735, or book directly on our homepage. You can also send your complete travel registration by mail or fax, or send an email with all necessary data. If the trip you desire is still available, you will receive a confirmation immediately, if not, you will receive an alternative offer.
On a self-guided tour you can design your cycle day as you want. We will furnish the detailed information material including maps. On a guided tour, you cycle in a group together with an experienced tour guide who knows his way around.
You can purchase “beverage cards” on most ships, which spares you the necessity of always taking your wallet with you. Credit cards are only accepted on the larger ships MS Normandie, MS Select Explorer, MS Serenity, MS Switzerland II, MS Patria and MS Princess. EC-cards are not accepted on all of our ships. Smaller ships (e.g. MS Quo Vadis, MS Gretha van Holland, etc.) solely accept cash.
It is possible, though only on request and in limited quantities at no extra cost. We will not be held liable for any damages – resulting from the transfer from ship to land and back or other – loss or theft. Repairs have to be conducted on your own. The breakdown service of our tour guides does not cover the usage of your own bicycles and is not included.
