Explore Southern Dalmatia on this demanding bike and boat tour through Croatia. Cycle through the islands of Brač, Korčula, Mljet, Šipan, Hvar, and Šolta, as well as the Pelješac Peninsula. Daily rides average 20-40 km with elevation gains up to 700 meters. Highlights include guided city tours of Dubrovnik and Trogir, cycling through lavender fields and vineyards, swimming breaks, and visits to historic settlements like Stari Grad. The tour includes 7 nights aboard the MS MIRABELA with half board and a Captain's Dinner.

Discover Trogir, Dubrovnik and the islands of southern Croatia

White sails glide across deep-blue, crystal-clear waters, framed by shores densely covered with holm oaks and pine trees – your ship takes you from island to island.

Along the way, you will discover secluded bays that are perfect for diving straight into the sea from the ship. Together with your tour guide, you will explore the winding roads of the southern Dalmatian coast by bike.

Enjoy delicious regional cuisine and spend your evenings beneath a star-filled sky. And, of course, there will be plenty of time to stroll through the charming streets of Dubrovnik at your leisure!

Itinerary

Embarkation and welcome between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m., followed by a cruise to Supetar on the island of Brač. Brač is famous for its white limestone, which has been used for buildings around the world, including the White House and the Reichstag building in Berlin. You then cycle to Pučišća.

After breakfast, you set sail for the island of Korčula. From the harbour in Račišće, you cycle to a viewpoint above the town. The route then takes you via Pupnat and Kneža back to Račišće, followed by a cruise to Korčula.

Enjoy the morning on board as you cruise towards the island of Mljet. From Sobra, you cycle through the island’s forests via Prožura to Saplunara. After a swimming break, you return to Sobra before continuing by ship to Šipan, one of the Elaphiti Islands.

After a short bike tour on the island of Šipan, you cruise to Dubrovnik. Following lunch, you join a guided city tour. Afterwards, you have time to explore Dubrovnik at your own pace.

In the morning, you cruise to Kućište. From there, you cycle via Viganj to a viewpoint at an altitude of 173 metres. You then continue to Orebić before returning to Pelješac after a coffee break. This evening, look forward to the Captain’s Dinner.

First, the ship takes you to Hvar. From here, you cycle through lavender fields and vineyards to Stari Grad, the oldest settlement on the island. After lunch on board, you set off on the second part of your bike tour, a circular route via Jelsa and Vrboska. You spend the night in the harbour of Stari Grad.

During the two-hour cruise from Stari Grad to Stomorska on the island of Šolta, you can relax and enjoy the passing scenery. You cycle from Stomorska to Maslinica through traditional villages. After lunch and a final swimming break, the ship takes you back to Trogir. In the evening, a guided city tour allows you to experience the impressive atmosphere of the old town.

Tour character

Challenging. The routes lead through hilly terrain and include some longer climbs, several steep ascents and descents, as well as longer sections on gravel tracks, forest paths and country lanes. A good level of fitness is required.

Nearest airport: Split, approx. 7 km away

Upon request and subject to providing your flight number and arrival time, transfers from the airport to the ship and back can be booked. Split Airport – Trogir Harbour – Split Airport; price on request (flight arrival at SPU Airport by 1:00 p.m.).

Embarkation between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.

Disembarkation by 9:00 a.m.

Minimum number of participants: MS MIRABELA: 15 passengers; MS AMORE, MS AZIMUT and MY MYSTIC: 22 passengers each, to be reached no later than 30 days before arrival. You may cancel your booking at any time. Please refer to the terms and conditions for the applicable cancellation fees.

Children: Due to the challenging stages, we do not recommend this tour for children. Child discount: 50% for children up to and including 13 years in a triple cabin; 30% for children up to and including 13 years in a double cabin. The discount applies only when sharing a triple cabin with two full-paying guests or a double cabin with one full-paying guest. Please refer to the respective ship description to find out whether triple cabins are available.

Bringing your own bike: Available in limited numbers and on request only. Helmets: Children under the age of 18 are required to wear a helmet on bike tours in Croatia. For safety reasons, we generally recommend wearing a helmet. Beach towels: Please bring your own.

Changes to the timetable and programme: Changes due to weather conditions, water levels or technical circumstances are generally reserved for boat tours.

Travel documents: EU citizens for whom no special circumstances apply, such as dual citizenship, primary residence abroad or provisionally issued travel documents, require a valid identity card or passport for this tour. The document must remain valid for at least six months after the end of the tour. If you hold a different or multiple nationalities, or if special legal regulations apply to you, please contact the relevant consulate for information about the applicable visa and entry requirements.

This tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

We recommend taking out international health insurance that includes repatriation, as well as accident, luggage and travel cancellation insurance.

Parking in Trogir (subject to change)

Secure parking is available in Trogir. Price on request, payable in advance. Parking must be reserved at the time of booking.
