Heilbronn, the charming city on the Neckar River, combines the Swabian way of life with modern urban flair. Surrounded by vineyards and crisscrossed by the river, the city invites visitors to linger and explore. Historic buildings such as the town hall with its astronomical clock, idyllic riverside promenades, and lively squares characterize the cityscape. Whether strolling through the old town, enjoying a glass of regional wine, or visiting the experimenta science center, Heilbronn is diverse, enjoyable, and surprisingly modern. In the afternoon, continue to Bad Wimpfen. During a short stop, you will have the opportunity to take a city tour (optional). Immerse yourself in the historic old town with its numerous half-timbered houses. Then continue to Eberbach, where your ship will moor for the night.

Excursion programme We will be happy to send you an order form with our range of shore excursions before you set off on your journey. The excursions are offered in German. Please note that the excursion package can only be booked in advance. Additional bookings for individual excursions can only be made on board, subject to availability.

Timetable and programme changes are subject to change. If, for example, a route cannot be navigated due to low water, high water or bad weather, the captain reserves the right to change the route for your safety (this is not a reason for free cancellation). The same applies to lock and/or bridge repairs ordered by the authorities that were not announced in advance.

Other information Please bear in mind that your river boat is not only your ‘holiday hotel’ but also a working vessel that is powered by engines and must be operated continuously, even at night (in some cases to pass through locks and under bridges). We recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to noise bring earplugs with them. Disruptions are always to be expected when passing through locks. Please note: the sun deck may be closed at times due to low bridges and for your own safety.
